MOSCOW, Nov 16 (PRIME) -- The government has transferred the rights for development of the Kharampursky subsurface site in the northernmost Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District to Kharampurneftegaz, a joint venture between Russian oil major Rosneft and British BP, according to the documents released on the state portal for legal information on Friday.
BP bought 49% of Kharampurneftegaz from Rosneft in April.
